President Bola Tinubu will address the nation on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 7:00 a.m., following three days of #EndBadGovernance protests against economic hardship.

His spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, confirmed the broadcast, stating, “The public has made their voices heard, and the president will respond.” The address will be aired on NTA and FRCN, with repeats at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Protesters have taken to the streets in various cities, demanding immediate government action to alleviate their suffering. The protests, marked by clashes with security forces, have intensified in recent days. This address is seen as a pivotal moment for Tinubu’s administration as the nation eagerly awaits his response to these urgent issues.
