The Appeal Court deemed the Tribunal’s actions unlawful, reinstated Sule as the duly elected governor, and dismissed the over-voting claims while highlighting that the Tribunal didn’t consider jurisdictional issues, denying the governor a fair hearing. This reversal nullified the Tribunal’s decisions against Sule and affirmed him as the lawful governor of the state.
