Stakeholders in the Downstream Petroleum sector, NOGASA and PETROAN, foresee a significant drop in petrol prices by January 2024 as operations at the Port Harcourt refinery are set to resume.

They assert that refurbishing the refineries will cut importation reliance, ultimately slashing prices.
