A Nigerian soldier, identified as Boyi ThankGod, attached to Headquarters 35 Artillery Brigade in Ogun State, reportedly shot himself in the head on Monday.
The soldier had expressed concerns about unpaid allowances and exhibited signs of depression before taking his own life.
