The Nigeria Police Force has taken action to seal the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) office in Lagos State, aiming to thwart the planned nationwide protest against prevailing hunger and hardship in the country.
Despite government warnings and opposition from various quarters, including the Trade Union Congress, the NLC remains resolute in its decision to push forward with the protest scheduled for February 27 and 28.
Tensions escalate as civil society groups kick-start nationwide protests over economic challenges, setting the stage for potential confrontation.
