Yusuf Baba-Ahmed, the former Vice Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has strongly criticized Nobel Laureate Prof Wole Soyinka for his remarks about Peter Obi’s fitness to lead Nigeria.
Baba-Ahmed accused Soyinka of attempting to distract from political issues and hinted at possessing damaging information about the literary icon. Despite Soyinka’s claims that Obi has failed to control his supporters’ online attacks, Baba-Ahmed emphasized that intellect does not justify insults and urged a focus on more pressing matters.
