Joseph Aloba, the father of late Nigerian singer Illerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has declared that a DNA test must be performed on his grandson, Liam, before the singer’s burial.
Mohbad’s body was exhumed for an autopsy following public demands for clarity on his controversial death, but the autopsy failed to determine the cause.
Amid calls for the burial to proceed, Mr. Aloba expressed doubts about the paternity of Liam and insisted on a DNA test to confirm it. He also addressed rumors of trying to inherit Mohbad’s properties, clarifying that he has not taken any of his late son’s possessions.
