Giles, known for her resilience, had undergone brain surgery and numerous radiotherapies earlier this year. In her final weeks, she dedicated herself to raising awareness about Glioblastoma. With a career spanning from 1990s ITV shows like “Razzmatazz” to successful novels like “Birthday Girls” and “The Defrosting of Charlotte Small,” Giles also embraced roles as a model for Max Factor and, more recently, as a counselor and psychotherapist.
