Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis is in crisis, unable to cope with the flood of patients following Israeli strikes that killed 71 and injured 289.

Health officials report severe shortages in medical supplies, leaving doctors struggling to provide adequate care. The facility, once Gaza’s largest operating hospital, is now “no longer able to function” due to the overwhelming number of casualties. Gaza’s health ministry disclosed that 20 bodies and 90 injured people were received by Nasser Hospital, with additional victims sent to other medical facilities. The humanitarian situation in southern Gaza is deteriorating rapidly as the conflict intensifies.

Witnesses described scenes of chaos and desperation as families searched for loved ones amidst the rubble. International organizations have called for immediate ceasefire and humanitarian aid to address the growing crisis. The escalating violence has further strained Gaza’s already fragile healthcare system, pushing it to the brink of collapse.
