Ghanaian dance duo Afronita and Abigail achieved a remarkable third place in the 2024 Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) finale held in London on June 2.

Their dynamic performances, infused with captivating choreography and rich African storytelling, earned them significant acclaim, showcasing Ghanaian talent on a global stage.

The young dancers, aged 20 and 7 respectively, enjoyed widespread support from Ghanaians worldwide. The competition’s top prize went to Sydnie Christmas, with Jack Rhodes taking second place. The winner receives £250,000 and an opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance.
