Amaka Patience Sunnberger, a Nigerian woman living in Canada, has stirred outrage after confidently dismissing the possibility of being arrested or deported despite threats she made against Nigerians on TikTok.

In the video, Sunnberger threatened to poison any Yoruba or Benin individuals she encountered, sparking widespread condemnation. The Nigerian House of Representatives has since urged the Canadian government to investigate and prosecute her for incitement to violence and hate speech.

However, Sunnberger, claiming Canadian citizenship, insists she is untouchable under Canadian law, boldly stating, “Canada no be Nigeria, you no fit arrest person anyhow.” Her defiant stance has further fueled the controversy, raising questions about international legal cooperation and accountability.
