Controversial Nigerian cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, has been released from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre after serving six months for naira abuse.

Sentenced on April 12, 2024, Bobrisky’s fans anticipated his release on July 29th, only to face disappointment when the date was extended. In his first video post-release, Bobrisky appears polished and well-kept, showing no signs of hardship from his time in prison. “Bobrisky looks even more radiant and seems to have gained weight during his imprisonment,” sparking social media speculations that he may have been under house arrest rather than jailed.
