The petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the Ebonyi State Governorship Election has been dismissed by the Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja. The tribunal, led by Justice Lekan Ogunmoye and consisting of three members, reached a unanimous decision to dismiss the petition on grounds of lacking merit. According to the tribunal’s verdict, it was not substantiated that Nwifuru remained a member of the PDP at the time he contested the Governorship election on March 18. #OMAGIST@AFRICAWORLDNEWS*
