Suspected terrorists have sent a threatening letter to the Pushit community in Plateau State, detailing an anticipated attack scheduled for December 29.

ADVERTISE WITH US TODAY!

Dr. Stanley Kavwam, Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the Middle Belt Forum, revealed this warning, citing previous unheeded alerts that resulted in over 150 fatalities across various communities. Despite multiple distress calls to security agencies, no preventive measures have been taken. Kavwam alleges that the security forces are aware of the attackers’ identities and hideout but haven’t intervened.

Notably, the recent attacks predominantly targeted Christian-inhabited areas. This threat follows a series of assaults from December 23 to 25 in Bokkos, spilling into Barkin Ladi, and even targeting Mushu village while its residents slept.
