Sophia Momodu has responded to Davido’s lawsuit for joint custody of their daughter, Imade, stating that his absence since last year is his own decision.
She clarified that she only denied him physical intimacy, not access to their daughter. Momodu highlighted that Davido ceased financial support and ignored efforts to establish a co-parenting arrangement since their breakup in July 2022. She expressed hope for a resolution where Davido actively participates in their daughter’s life, stressing that his social media portrayal as a supportive father is misleading.
