Umar Sadiq, the Super Eagles’ striker, has delivered a strong message to Nigerians following cyber-attacks on Alex Iwobi after the team’s loss in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Sadiq, disheartened by the bullying Iwobi faced, warned that he won’t tolerate similar treatment, stating he’ll retaliate against insults by insulting the perpetrators’ parents. He emphasized his distinct identity from Iwobi and condemned the harmful behavior that contributes to depression and mental breakdowns.
