The head coach of Nigeria’s Super Falcons, Randy Waldrum, affirmed reports of Cameroon’s attempt to use voodoo (juju) during their match in Abuja.

Despite the alleged efforts, the Super Falcons maintained their lead, winning 1-0. Waldrum acknowledged the incident, stating that while he hadn’t witnessed such before, his players prevented any interference. The Super Falcons will now face South Africa in the final phase of the 2024 Olympics qualifiers.
