The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has condemned former President Olusegun Obasanjo for his critique of President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms and his handling of the Niger Republic coup.

Obasanjo criticized the removal of fuel subsidies and the floating of the naira, which have led to inflation and increased food prices. He acknowledged the necessity of these policies but argued their implementation was flawed. In response, APC National Director Bala Ibrahim
