Nigerians in London staged a protest at the Nigeria House on Monday, calling for justice for the late musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.

The demonstrators, holding placards and banners, demanded a thorough investigation into his death and the involvement of those present at the time. Mohbad, a 27-year-old artist formerly signed to Naira Marley’s Marlian Music, died on September 12, sparking widespread controversy.

The Lagos State Police Command formed a special investigation team, leading to several arrests, including Naira Marley and Sam Larry. Despite an autopsy and a toxicology test, the cause of Mohbad’s death remains undetermined, causing frustration among his supporters.
