The Federal Government has announced it is unaware of Dangote Refineries importing crude oil from the United States.
This was stated by Heineken Lokpobiri, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, during the Ministerial Sectoral Updates in Abuja, commemorating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s first year in office. Lokpobiri emphasized that Nigeria’s crude oil supply is sufficient for domestic refineries.
He also reiterated that the Tinubu administration has ended fuel subsidies, although governments worldwide often find alternative ways to subsidize essential needs for their citizens.
