Czech Republic’s Krystyna Pyszkova emerged victorious at the 71st Miss World pageant, held in Mumbai, India.

Besting 111 contestants worldwide, Pyszkova expressed gratitude for the opportunity to represent her country and promote ‘beauty with a purpose’ globally. This marks the second win for Czech Republic, with Pyszkova following in the footsteps of Tatana Kucharova, the 2006 pageant winner.

Pyszkova, a model and advocate for sustainable development through education, is pursuing degrees in law and business administration.
