The Federal Government of Nigeria has filed terrorism charges against Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore President, Bello Bodejo, for allegedly establishing and arming an ethnic militia group without authorization.
Bodejo was arrested in January over the alleged unveiling and arming of a vigilante group. Despite objections from the prosecution, the defense has filed a bail application, which will be ruled on by March 22.
