Lukasz Szpunar, a 53-year-old Polish man, has achieved a remarkable feat by spending over four hours standing inside a box of ice, setting a new Guinness World Record for the longest full-body contact with ice.

Szpunar’s endurance and love for cold challenges propelled him to surpass the previous record by 50 minutes, with all body parts submerged except for his head and neck. His remarkable achievement underscores his passion for extreme cold exposure, reminiscent of his earlier participation in the Polish Walrus Championships.

Szpunar’s record-breaking endeavor not only demonstrates human endurance but also serves as a testament to the indomitable spirit of adventure seekers worldwide.
