The self-proclaimed interim government of Yoruba Nation has warned President Bola Tinubu and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde to release activists arrested for hoisting Yoruba Nation flags, threatening war if they fail to comply.

Victor Mobolaji Adewale, deputy coordinator of the Yoruba Nation agitators, delivered the ultimatum, stating that failure to release the activists would result in severe consequences, including Tinubu being ousted from the presidency. Adewale urged Yoruba people to protest en masse, asserting the presence of an interim government for Yoruba Nation.
